Fluorescence spectroscopy, laboratory, and process measurements from a three-month sugar refining campaign in autumn 1995. The MATLAB file contains X as a 268 x 3997 unfolded fluorescence matrix, interpreted with DimX as 268 samples x 571 emission wavelengths x 7 excitation wavelengths. Emission wavelengths run from 275 to 560 nm at 0.5 nm spacing, and excitation wavelengths are 230, 240, 255, 290, 305, 325, and 340 nm. The file also includes quality variables y, process measurements Proc, laboratory measurements Lab, time-coding information, axis labels, and dimension vectors; missing laboratory and process values are represented as NaN.
