The Association was constituted on February 6, 2026, its registration resolution was received on April 17, 2026, and its NIF is G27686872. The purpose of the Association is to provide the legal and institutional structure needed to raise and manage funds, sign agreements, hold responsibility for operations, and maintain the platform over time. It gives the project a formal basis instead of leaving those functions under informal personal control.
The Association's statutory purpose is to promote chemometrics, artificial intelligence, data science, and open knowledge through access to algorithms, datasets, analytical tools, and educational resources. It also supports scientific, technological, and educational projects connected to those fields.
