Low-Field NMR of Four Gadoid Fish Species

This dataset contains low-field nuclear magnetic resonance transverse relaxation measurements from four gadoid fish species: whiting, haddock, saithe, and cod. CMA4_nmr.mat contains species matrices for whiting (209 x 256), haddock (215 x 256), saithe (214 x 256), and cod (270 x 256), plus fish-number vectors and 51-fish water-content and water-holding-capacity vectors. The source documentation describes 12 whiting, 12 haddock, 12 saithe, and 15 cod measured at multiple positions. The original source file has one documented structural inconsistency: saithe_no has 215 entries while saithe has 214 rows; the published file preserves the source unchanged. The MATLAB file was verified byte-for-byte against the UCPH Chemometrics / ERDA source package.
