St. John's wort preparations contain many compounds, and chromatographic profiles can reveal differences between products. This release contains HPLC-PDA measurements from 24 commercial Hypericum perforatum preparations, measured in three or four replicates for 89 observations. bonnie.mat provides X.data (89 x 97 x 549: observation x UV wavelength x retention time), with UVaxis values from 260 to 548 nm and rtaxis values from 12.000 to 23.691 minutes. Preparation labels, replicate identifiers, and country-of-origin labels are included.
