Lovelace's Square - FTIR‑ATR spectra of culinary grain legume flours for pulse classification

This dataset provides raw FTIR‑ATR spectra of flours from five culinary grain legumes: chickpea, lentil, grass pea, pea, and faba bean. The spectra include wavelength intensities and sample labels in MATLAB and CSV formats. It supports chemometric classification and spectral fingerprinting analyses.
