Measuring pharmaceutical residues in water usually requires costly laboratory analysis. Fluorescence EEMs offer a faster alternative, but natural dissolved organic matter can mask target signals. This dataset contains processed measurements for studying ciprofloxacin, naproxen, and zolpidem in standards, natural waters, and wastewater. Its four groups provide 431 EEM CSV files: 38 standards, 99 natural-water EEMs, 274 wastewater campaign EEMs, and 20 wastewater-model EEMs. Metadata tables, 24 drEEM-compatible MATLAB files, and PARAFAC scores and loadings are also included. Each CSV stores excitation wavelengths as columns, emission wavelengths as rows, and processed fluorescence values.
