Blood plasma contains several lipoprotein fractions whose signals overlap in ordinary spectra. Diffusion-edited NMR adds a second measurement dimension that helps distinguish their components. This release brings together proton NMR spectra and lipoprotein reference measurements from 25 human plasma samples. webnmr.mat contains X.data (25 x 24 x 1600: sample x squared-gradient level x chemical shift) and Y.data (25 x 32) with cholesterol- and triglyceride-related measurements for main fractions and subfractions. The file also includes ch2 and ch3 index vectors for the methylene and methyl spectral regions, numeric sample labels, and measurement axes. Volunteers provided written informed consent.
