Scores Explorer

Scores Explorer is an exploratory visualization tool for chemometric workflows. It loads a numeric 2D matrix from the MATLAB base workspace (rows as samples/pixels, columns as variables such as wavelengths), computes two-dimensional scores (PCA if available, SVD fallback), and displays a score scatter plot for interactive selection. Users can draw up to three freehand ROIs (ROI1-ROI3) directly on the score plot and inspect the corresponding spectra on dedicated panels, where each panel shows all selected spectra and their mean profile. The GUI includes per-ROI clear and save actions, allowing export of selected row indices and the extracted submatrix to base workspace for downstream analysis.
