Multiset Builder

Multiset Builder helps users combine matrices from different experiments, images, or measurement techniques without manually creating and indexing a large missing-value template. Workspace matrices are arranged in a visual block grid. The tool validates shared observation and variable dimensions, fills unmeasured blocks with NaN values, and exports the assembled multiset together with a logical structural-observation mask. It is suitable for multiblock chemometric and multimodal image-fusion workflows.
