Interval Correlation Optimized Shifting (iCOshift)

iCOshift is a fast tool to align spectra or chromatograms. It splits each signal into small sections and shifts them slightly to match a chosen reference (average, median, strongest sample, or a selected region). It supports ppm or data points and handles missing values. The output is an aligned dataset with the section limits and how much each section moved. Ideally for NMR, LC/GC, and FT-IR data.
