Hyperspectral PCA Explorer provides an interactive workflow for mean-centered principal component analysis of hyperspectral images. It accepts 3-D image cubes and unfolded 2-D spectral matrices, excludes non-finite pixels, and displays global intensity, selected spectra, singular values, explained variance, spatial score maps, spectral loadings, residual norms, and residual correlations. Users can draw freehand spatial regions and export ROI spectra, scores, loadings, and residual diagnostics to the MATLAB workspace. The hybrid HTML/MATLAB interface includes searchable workspace loading and synchronized light and dark themes.
