Hyper-Tools 3.0 is a GUI for multispectral and hyperspectral image analysis that streamlines spectral/spatial pre-processing (e.g. binning, masking, morphological and smoothing operations), data mining (PCA, clustering, unmixing, library matching), machine learning (PLS, PCR, MLR, SIMCA, PLS-DA, SVM, KNN), spatial metrics (particle counting, texture analysis) and custom spectral-library creation, with support for time-series and multiblock workflows and a collection of sample datasets.
