Filters spectral rows in the frequency domain using mirrored extension, a zero-padded FFT, symmetric pass-band masks, and optional raised-cosine transitions. The GUI supports drawing, editing, importing, and exporting frequency intervals; live sample previews; guarded opt-in display of all spectra; batch application; and export of the full filtered matrix and metadata. It requires MATLAB R2022a or later with no additional toolbox.
