Corrects additive baseline and multiplicative scatter effects in spectra using mean, median, or supplied references and polynomial nuisance terms. The GUI previews individual samples, applies EMSC to complete matrices, and exports corrected spectra plus wavelengths, coefficients, reference, and metadata. It validates axes and reference vectors, uses a stable matrix solve, and requires MATLAB R2022a or later with no additional toolbox.
