MATLAB implementations of Correlation Optimized Warping (COW) and Dynamic Multi-way Warping (DMW) for correcting time-shift artifacts. COW aligns chromatographic profiles with segment-wise linear interpolation. DMW extends dynamic time warping to multi-way arrays. Includes automated parameter optimization, reference selection, warping path application to new data, and a co-shift routine.
