The CMTF Toolbox provides tools to perform coupled matrix and tensor factorization (CMTF) and advanced CMTF (ACMTF) via gradient‐based optimization. It supports heterogeneous data in the form of matrices and tensors, missing data, nonnegativity constraints via LBFGSB, and ridge penalty options.
