A MATLAB tool for rationally merging calibration models to optimally balance prediction error and maintenance workload. Uses hierarchical clustering (CLUSTERFUNC) to determine which models can be fused without significantly increasing prediction errors. Outputs RMSECV/RMSEP at each merging stage with cross-validated and test-set predictions plus PLS models for each cluster configuration.
